opinion that it should be mude absolutely plain to the guard that

the water of the ship they are doin; duty in must be considered to

be their combuncing officer. I presume that the water of the ship

knows what duties the uard perform and if he dooms fit ne qun

command them to do what he considers to be the best in any emergency

I repeat the suster of the ship aust essentially be the absolute
